Vaccination passport

Please note that we are in the obligation required to verify the your vaccination passport for the participation in the leagues, the méli-mélo as well as the tournaments.
There is no vaccination passport requirement for free non-organized tennis activities, even during court supervision.
With only three weeks left in our season and to minimize the workload of volunteers in managing the vaccine passport obligations, we will make sure to respect the vaccine passport obligations requirements without necessarily adding a vaccination follow-up to your registration form this year.
Therefore, since there may be different supervisors supervising during the activities, you may have to show your vaccination passport more than once by before the end of the season.
Thank you for your understanding!

2021 outdoor season

We are pleased to announce the start of the 2021 outdoor season. Due to COVID-19 obligations, here are the steps to follow when you arrive, during and after organized or free time activities with supervision.

In order to respect health measures:

We plan to increase supervision times in June as needed to manage free time while respecting public health measures.

It will not be possible for the supervisor to play with the members since he must remain at his post at all times.

During an organized activity (leagues, courses, clinics and supervision time):

There will be an attendant in charge of sanitary rules.

Do not attend an organized or free activity if:

·        - You or your companion has symptoms of COVID-19

·        - A family member is affected by COVID or is awaiting a test result.

·        - A family member is awaiting a test result.

·        - For COVID symptoms, see https://covid19.quebec.ca/surveys/cdd2/introduction

Plan to bring a mask (homemade or procedural) to wear when arriving and leaving the site. You will be able to remove it only on the tennis courts while respecting the two meter distance at all times.

You will have to report to the attendant to register and answer the COVID-19 questionnaire.

Bring your own sanitary gel.

Bring your own water, as the clubhouse and water fountain will not be accessible.

The toilets will not be accessible.

Spectators are not allowed, only one accompanying parent per participant.

You will have to wait outside the courts, respecting the two meters distance, until the participants of the previous activity have left the tennis courts. The instructors or supervisor will tell you when you can enter the courts.

You will be asked to leave as soon as your activity is completed.

The number of people on the courts is limited:

·        For doubles clinics, only twelve people will be allowed to participate per night. You can reserve a place with the supervisor at 819-682-2646 (starting at 5:00 p.m. on the evening of the clinic) or come to the clinic.

·        For the leagues, if more than twelve people are present, plan rotations outside the courts while respecting social distancing.

*** To learn more about the latest instructions applied during the free practice of tennis, we suggest you visit the Tennis Québec website: http://tennis.qc.ca/informations-sur-la-covid-19/.

We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
