Cleaning of the courts

Finally, the City only cleaned the back of Wychwood's courts yesterday and will come back later to do the rest.

The Wychwood courts are now accessible.

Given the short notice period, the SWAT and pre-SWAT junior courses will be held at Broad from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. again on Wednesday, but will return to Wychwood on Thursday.

We are waiting for a date to start cleaning up Broad courts where the courts will have to be moved to Wychwood.

The junior-week-summer program has been removed.

We have purchased two « PERFECT PITCH REBOUNDERS ». They can be used during monitored periods by members who don’t have a partner, by those waiting for a free court, or during rotations or warm up periods (in leagues), and during classes for practice exercises to occupy students while they are waiting for class to begin, their turn with the instructor, or for other players etc. For more details go to rebounder.

- Junior activities on Friday evenings are open to all Junior members, see details at junior activities.

- The Junior ladder league welcomes junior members of all levels and ages, from 5 - 17 years old, beginners to advanced. Young players on the first tier of the ladder will be paired, either with a parent or a more experienced player for a match length of 15 to 20 minutes.

Distribution of membership tokens will take place Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Wychwood site (39 Lake) between 10:00AM and 3:00PM or during registration day. Beginning May 1, you can register at Wychwood in the evening or during the day on the weekends when a court attendant is present, weather permitting. For those registered in a course or league, you can pick up your token at this activity if you don’t need it before. Please consult, “Registration” for procedures and registration forms.

Please note that the Club manages only the Wychwood site. The Club uses the Broad only for Junior courses and activities.

NOTE: The club collects old balls and rackets that you no longer use and gives them new life.

You can drop them off at Wychwood.

Balls will be used during lessons or given to schools to be used for activities.
